What Could Change the Price

The listed prices are flat for standard installations. Price can change only when a home needs major plumbing rework, an unusually difficult drain run, added electrical, or special well-water treatment (heavy iron or a rotten-egg sulfur smell) beyond what a softener, RO, or carbon filter handles. Chad explains any of that upfront after the free water test — never a surprise on the invoice.

Pricing FAQs

Do I need an in-home visit to get a price?

For standard installations, no. Every package price above is the real installed number. If your home needs unusual plumbing or extra work, Chad explains that during the free water test — before anything is scheduled.

Can the price change?

Standard installs are fixed at the listed price. It can change only if your home needs major plumbing changes, a difficult drain run, added electrical, or special well-water treatment (heavy iron, sulfur smell) beyond the listed package.

Why do most water treatment companies hide their pricing?

Because a vague 'schedule a consultation' lets them quote each customer differently and sell in your living room. Chad is a local plumber, not a commissioned salesperson — he publishes installed prices so you can compare and decide on your own time.

What does the water softener price include?

The $1,799 softener install includes the NuGen Fusion XT unit, all standard plumbing connections, programming for your water hardness, a leak and pressure test, and 400 lbs of salt to get you started.
